The Board of Directors of Huntington Chase has issued Design Guidelines for the residents of Huntington Chase in an effort to clarify the covenants. These review the responsibilities of the homeowners of Huntington Chase and the Development Control Committee of Huntington Chase and can be downloaded from this page Design Guidelines.

Modifications to properties should be within these guidelines and reviewed by the Development Control Committee when appropriate. An Architectural Approval Form should be submitted to the Development Control Committee for review and approval. These should be submitted by mail to the management company: Kirkpatrick Management. Responses and final approvals will be from Kirkpatrick Management.

There are also original covenants for the Huntington Chase Subdivision. Two sets apply, one is for Sutton Place and the other is for Huntington Chase. For reference, the lot numbers that fall under each of the covenants are:
